Tell Every Amazing Lady® Brooklyn 5K Fun Run

Registration is now open for the annual Tell Every Amazing Lady® Brooklyn 5K Fun Run at Prospect Park, Brooklyn on Saturday, September 12th, 2026, during National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month.

5K Run for Ovarian Cancer

Our 5K is a loop around Prospect Park starting and finishing at the Bartel Pritchard Square entrance of the park. F/G trains or B68 to 15th Street/Prospect Park. We highly advise public transportation. Limited street parking available in Brooklyn.

By registering for the Tell Every Amazing Lady® Brooklyn Run you will receive a Medal, T-Shirt (while supplies last), Virtual Goodie Bag, Bib, and access to the finish line festivities!

There will be team photo opportunities, sponsorship booths, and giveaways.

Walk Anywhere Package

No matter where you are you can walk for ovarian cancer.

When you sign up for our Walk Anywhere Package you are also signing up for our awareness challenge:

A major pillar of our foundation is to spread awareness about the signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer. 1 in 78 is a woman’s lifetime risk for ovarian cancer and there is NO accurate screening test for this disease. The only way we can protect women everywhere is by spreading awareness about the signs and symptoms of this disease. Whether you have a personal connection with ovarian cancer or you just want to help save lives, the awareness challenge is a significant and fun way to help us with our mission. It works like this: we will provide you with an awareness challenge bingo card to take with you on your walk! Get 5 in a row (up, down, or diagonal) to receive a special certificate and a big thanks from the Tell Every Amazing Lady® team.

The cost of registration for the Walk Anywhere Package includes:

If you raise $500 by September 12th you or your loved one will be featured on our website

*All of these extras are exclusive to our Walk Anywhere program. This is NOT an In-Person Walk.

Meet your team at the finish line and get your photo taken at the team step and repeat!
Prizes for top individual fundraiser, and top team fundraiser (received by team captain) based on top fundraising on 9/11/26 at midnight.

Help us reach our important goal of raising $200,000 for our programs this year.

Runners! If you raise $500 or more you get your 5K run registration refunded! Fundraising must be done through our event portal and be credited to your individual page. If you get the $500 personal fundraising badge you can get your original registration fee returned, not including any fees. Combined team fundraising does not apply. If you raise $1,000 by September 12th you’ll receive an exclusive Tell Every Amazing Lady® baseball hat!

The history of the T.E.A.L.® Walk/Run™ Program

The T.E.A.L.® Walk/Run™ Program was established in 2009 in Brooklyn. These events celebrate the courage of ovarian cancer survivors and the strength of the families who’ve been touched by the disease, while spreading awareness to the public and raising money for research and take place in various cities in the United States.
