In-Person Walk
The course is a walk through Lake Mayer Park. By registering for the walk, you will receive a T-shirt, Virtual Goodie Bag, Bib, and giveaways!
Event Schedule
- 9:00am: Registration Check-in
- 10:15am: Welcoming Address and T.E.A.L.® Survivor Ceremony - Special thanks to DBC Broadcasting!
- 10:45am: Walk Starts!
- 11:30am - 12:30pm: Finish Line Festivities Begin!

Walk Anywhere
Sign-up for T.E.A.L.’s Walk Anywhere Package and receive a T-shirt, Bib, virtual goodie bag, a special booklet of Walking Tips with Physical Therapist and Tell Every Amazing Lady® Wellness Program Coordinator, Jane Weedon, along with a downloadable specialized guided meditation to help you prep for your walk.
*Both of these extras are exclusive to our Walk Anywhere Package. This is NOT to be confused with the In-Person Walk option taking place on the day of the event at Lake Mayer Park.

Featuring Steve McKay and DBC
DBC and their family of local radio stations is proud to once again support this important community event. Rewind 107.9 afternoon personality Steve McKay will be hosting the event and say, “this year alone, approximately 21,000 women will be diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Ovarian cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer deaths among women. It’s so important to get the word out and help raise money for research towards a screening test and a cure. I’m proud to be a part of this event.”

A T.E.A.L.® Survivor is anyone who has ever been diagnosed with ovarian cancer in their lifetime. Tell them about this amazing event. We honor these “Amazing Ladies” and invite them to participate in our T.E.A.L.® Survivor Ceremony.

About our National T.E.A.L.® Walk/Run™ Program
The T.E.A.L.® Walk/Run™ Program includes Walk/Run events that celebrate the courage of ovarian cancer survivors and the strength of the families who’ve been touched by the disease, while spreading awareness to the public and raising money for research.
